| ~ 1-2 weeks prior to the starting date: 75% refund minus administration fee |
| ~ 24 hours or less than 1 week prior to the starting date: 50% refund minus administration fee |
| ~ Less than 24 hours prior to the starting date: 25% refund minus administration fee |
| ~ On or after the start date: 0% refund |

| If the participant has a medical condition and can no longer attend the program, cancellation will be handled on an individual basis depending on the situation. A medical note will be required for our review. |

Extreme Measure Cancellation for weather-related events or COVID-19 closures:
- GearBots will make every reasonable effort to offer classes. However, for weather-related events or if public health orders prevent us from offering a class, we will pivot to Zoom for that one session or more. An email will be sent out with Zoom information. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.
